You are warmly invited to a Swish Evening at St Luke’s Church, Penn Road, Holloway N7 on Friday September 28th at 7.30pm.

How does a Swish work? You bring along a couple of items of clothing – new, nearly new or vintage that you’d like to donate. Men’s or Women’s clothing and accessories are welcome. We just ask that they’re in really good condition.

We then all have a browse and buy what we fancy at a reasonable price.

This autumn we’re raising money for:

· Raising Voices – the charity based in Uganda working with women and children across the world who’ve been sexually assaulted as part of or in the aftermath of conflict. The money goes towards helping them rebuild their lives. This group also works towards educating young men about gender equality – from school age.

· Women at the Well – charity based in Kings Crossworking to help current and former sex workers, those trying to escape sexual exploitation. We’re hoping to supply them with new stocks of underwear, socks, hats and gloves.

Come and buy even if you have nothing to donate.
